Thank you for shopping with Cristina Pruett Jewelry Co. We would like you to read our terms and conditions carefully to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights when purchasing products from our website. By ordering from the Cristina Pruett Jewelry Co., you agree to the following:

 

Purchase: 

You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order. You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order.

 

If you enter an incorrect shipping address, Cristina Pruett Jewelry Co. is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense. Once your order is confirmed, we are not obliged to make any changes or cancellations.

 

Purchase Price: 

All prices quoted on the website are in US Dollars (USD).

 

Payment: 

Cristina Pruett Jewelry accepts payment via American Express, Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discovery, MasterCard, Visa and PayPal. After you make payment for your order, we will email you an invoice, which confirms receipt of your order.

 

Processing of Orders: 

Processing time is around 1-3 business days. Delays may occur when ordering around holidays or when your order is a special order. *(Special Orders are items that have a special order from our suppliers --- processing time takes longer to ship, typically around 15-30 days).

 

Shipping:

Once items leave our facility, we are not responsible for items lost, missing, or damaged by the carrier. We ship via USPS Priority Mail, which includes $50 insurance in the rare instance that your order is lost, missing, or damaged. A tracking number will be provided in order that you can track its location.

All claims are customer's responsibility with the carrier. We do not respond to shipping claims sent to us.

Cancellations: 

Cristina Pruett Jewelry Co. reserves the right to cancel orders at any time without prior notice. This includes the right to cancel your order after it has been submitted due to inaccuracies on our site, incorrect payment information, insufficient shipping information, and/or suspected fraudulent information.

 

You will not be entitled to claim any additional amounts or seek compensation for any loss, expense or damage (either direct or consequential) or for any loss of time or inconvenience, which may result from such cancellation.
